What an organisation speak to them now
I found FASO a year into what would be over a 2 year journey, arrested becauseĀ I was Falsely accused of historical sex allegations made by a Female previously known to me who had also attempted to blackmail me and had been issued an harassment order for threats and intimidation, yet onlyĀ months after the order was issued, she was able to make a string of unfounded and un proven lies which theĀ Police believed to be true.
At my lowest and a time when I thought there was no point in going on and no one outside my Family and friends would believe it wasnāt true, FASO gave me the will to carryon, finally, someone outside of my inner circle listened and helped me find the strength to fight my case. They also helped find me a Solicitor who not only looked at every aspect of my case but reassured me I would be found not guilty, as I had now been charged and was facing a trial by Jury.
Subsequently, as the time drew nearer to my Court date, I gave up my Job to concentrate on fighting my case and regain my freedom, closing down what seemed to be an endless nightmare.
Cutting it short, my solicitor kept his word, come the day, after being painted a monster by the prosecution for the first few days, the truth came out, we provedĀ perjury on almost all the allegations, a failure by the police, who in their own words admitted the case against me was poor and at one point were asked to leave the Court room if they couldnāt be professional as it was clear the defendant had done all their investigating for them, my team turned it around and I was found not guilty. I was also grateful to have FASO attend the Court as well, Margaret was there in my corner, giving support to both Myself and my Family There were no celebrations, champagne parties, instead, I have tried to rekindle a life that was almost taken from me, I know iam not the same person as the scars run too deep and will never heal, the experience was traumatic and I donāt think il ever find closure, if anyone reading this is in the same situation, I urge you, speak to FASO , they are and always will be, there for those maintaining their innocence.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
